Little Lorikeet (Parvipsitta pusilla) was the most common Australan bird that was missing on my list before the Big Zigzag. Ticked already in Victoria at the end of 2024, seen a few times sicne, and photographed for the first time this week at Redwood Park (near Toowoomba). Sharing the endemic genus Parvipsitta only with Purple-crowned Lorikeet (Parvipsitta porphyrocephala) which was also a lifer in SA, late 2024.
